Hello Everyone and Merry Christmas!
If you missed Max Lucado's heartwarming Christmas movie The Christmas Candle in theaters last year you can catch a free showing this Saturday Dec. 13 at our Peninsula Echolight Cinema partner at Summit Christian Academy in Yorktown. Movie starts at 6:30 pm and doors open at 6:00.
The movie is free but you have to go to the event website to order and print your tickets.
You can also order a meal (a night with no cooking!) by emailing your choice(s) of hot dog or a bowl of delicious chili, chips, and a drink for $5 per meal. You will be checked in at the door and can pay at that time.

There will be a complimentary Hot Cocoa & Cookies Fellowship right after the movie at which time we will hold a drawing for door prizes ($25 Target and Red Robin gift cards, Yankee Candle, and more!)
Bring a non-perishable food item for our local Food Bank and receive one door prize ticket per item you donate.

This event is hosted by the Summit Christian Academy Class of 2015 on behalf of Echolight Studios, and proceeds will help fund the class trip to Europe in March.
So please come on out for a relaxing evening with your family and kick off the CHRISTmas season with the right perspective on this typically hectic time of year. DVDs of the movie will be available for purchase after the film. They make terrific Christmas gifts for anyone on your list. You will definitely want one in your video library after you see the movie!
