Thank you for enrolling in Electronic Billing. By enrolling, you help us to reduce costs and to reduce the consumption of paper, which is good for the environment.
* By enrolling this account in Electronic Billing, you will no longer receive a paper copy of any tax bills for this account. Instead, you will receive an electronic notice at the email address associated with your log-on name.
* Enrolling in Electronic Billing does not also enroll you in automatic payments and you are responsible for on-time payment whether the electronic tax bill is accessed or not.
* The County will send a plain text email with an embedded link to access your bill. You must access the tax bill through the County's eTax Customer Service Portal at least 30 days before the due date to confirm receipt. Failure to do so may result in a paper bill being mailed.
* It is your responsibility to update and maintain your e-mail address.
* Some email systems block incoming messages from unrecognized senders. The County cannot be held responsible for email that is blocked from receipt by external systems, user settings, or that require the sender to be logged as a trusted party.
* The County is required to notify you in writing should your tax bill become delinquent.
