York County Parks and Recreation will conduct a youth registration event at Back Creek Park on Wednesday, March 23 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., with a rain date of Thursday, March 24 at the same time.
In conjunction with the United States Tennis Association's "Tennis Night in America" event, and in an effort to celebrate youth and grow tennis in the York County community, the Parks and Recreation Division intends to showcase youth tennis offerings in an open house setting at York County's premiere tennis facility, Back Creek Park, located at 3000 Goodwin Neck Road in Dandy.
This registration event, billed as "Tennis Night in York County," will provide both youth and parents an opportunity to learn more about York County tennis programs, interact with instructional staff, ask questions, and even register for spring programs. Tennis courts will also be open for free play with instructors and/or parents, with an opportunity to participate in games and other activities.
