Woof! It's time for the K-9 Karnival presented by Virginia Beach Parks & Recreation! Canine lovers and their furry friends are invited to Mount Trashmore Park for a tail-wagging day of competitions, demonstrations displays, giveaways and prizes beginning at 10 a.m. Free and open to the public, all dogs with up-to-date inoculations are encouraged to attend and bring their owners on leashes! The 14th annual Virginia Beer Festival is one of the largest and longest running Beer Festivals in the region, and it's right down the road at Town Point Park.
