Route 171 (Victory Boulevard) roadway improvements with shared-use path project York County
Design public hearing

Find out about the proposed improvements for the travel lanes, roadway shoulders, and pedestrian access areas on Route 171 (Victory Boulevard) in York County, from 0.596 mile west of Big Bethel Road (Route 600) and ending at Big Bethel Road for a total project length of 0.61 mile. Come see the proposed plans that include multiple enhancements that add vehicular travel improvements and pedestrian capacity along Route 171. Specific elements include the addition of eastbound and westbound left-turn lanes at North and South Bowman Terrace (Route 1656), a new eastbound right-turn lane at Big Bethel Road, and new shoulders to both sides of Route 171. Additionally, the project will add a 10-foot shared-use path along the north side of Route 171 from North and South Bowman Terrace to Big Bethel Road.
