Dear Members and Friends of YCRC,
Attached is the Meeting Call & Agenda and Proxy for YCRC's May 7 meeting which will start at 6:30PM and be held at the Yorktown Library.
Also attached are the 2 proposed Bylaw changes we reviewed at the last YCRC meeting, which we will be voting on.
I would like to draw you r attention to an event hosted by AFP May 9 - "Freedom Festival." They are seeking volunteers to assist. Accommodations may be provided for volunteers; please contact me ASAP f you're interested in serving as a volunteer for this exciting 2nd annual festival!
Please continue to watch the Virginia Supreme Court as we await the Opinion from the pending case regarding the validity of the April 21 referendum. The stay of certification on the results is also in place pending the decision being published. Pray for the discernment of the justices and that we may prevail against this terrible constitutional amendment.
