Defend Property Rights! Stop Over Reach of Proposed Rezoning Ordinance!

York Patriots

The York County Board of Supervisors is considering a zoning ordinance that would prohibit any future farming activities on more than 5,500 properties in the county.

If you own less than 2 acres in York County, Virginia, the Board of Supervisors are considering
REMOVING YOUR PROPERTY RIGHTS!

As a resident in York County,
if you want to grow crops on our property that you own and pay taxes on and sell the surplus product, this ordinance will prevent you from doing so.

This rezoning will interfere with your rights as property owners to grow local wholesome nutritious food.

It's important! Please sign-up to Protect our Rights!
