As a matter of fact, I believe Mcculloch's oyster farm is quite legal. Are there any indications that would suggest otherwise? As far as I know, the oyster farm is a commercial operation, which is what the property in this photo is zoned for. What's the issue here GG? Upset that you can't play with oysters in your backyard? Get yourself some commercial waterfront property and make an oyster farm. There. Problem solved.
