YCRC and friends:
We are looking for volunteers to help greet voters are the early voting locations in York County. We have two locations, one in Williamsburg (Mooretown Rd) and one in Grafton, both are at the York County Registrar's offices. The sign up is here, please take a shift or two - the immediate week ahead is the most critical. We have fliers that explain the 3 constitutional amendments and Rob Wittman literature, which will be provided to the volunteers. We need your help, please consider assisting in this critical effort.
Additionally, we are hosting a YCRC fundraising dinner on October 9th. The menu will be salad & assorted breads, chicken and prime rib, green beans with brown sugar and bacon, mashed potatoes, cheesecake or chocolate cake and includes wine and beer. Individual tickets are $125 and a Sponsorship for a tables of 8 is $1250. Please share with friends and family outside the committee. I often hear people who want to get involved and this is a great way to support the committee's local election efforts and meet like-minded patriots. We are lucky to have a fabulous national speaker, Mike Davis, whose bio is in the attached flier.
Finally, we have 400 yard signs arriving this week. The First District all went in together to get the best pricing, so we co-branded the Bert campaign with the "Vote NO on all 3" so that we could promote him locally despite not having received signage from the campaign. We have independent "Vote NO on all 3" signs as well. It would be great to put these next to the Wittman signs as a co-branding effort. Signs may be picked up later this week; more information will be provided when they're received.
