The Waste Management Center, including the VPPSA Composting Facility and drop-off centers for garbage and/or recycling, will be open from 7:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Friday, September 9th. The Facility will be open from 7:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 10th. The Facility will be CLOSED on Sunday, September 11th, and will resume normal operating hours on Monday, September 12, 2011. As a reminder, normal operating hours are 7:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. for the Transfer Station and Citizen Drop-off Areas for Garbage and Recycling; 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. for the VPPSA Composting Facility.
