On this first day of a new year, many people opt to make resolutions — things they'd like to change about themselves or accomplish in 2024. We're not suggesting you're anything less than perfect the way you are, but the state health department did share some resolutions that could be good for us: - Quit smoking
- Read a book every month
- Cook more meals at home vs. going out
- Get enough sleep
- Cut down on sweetened drinks
- Limit screen time
- Get an annual checkup with your doctor
We'll add two more: Have fun every day, and subscribe to PennLive/The Patriot-News. Cheers! |
