York County announces more closures as Hurricane Irene approaches

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

 

        In anticipation of the approach of Hurricane Irene, York County is announcing the following closure information:

            - York County libraries will be closed Saturday, Aug. 27 and Sunday, Aug. 28.

            - Riverwalk Landing Piers will be closed for all boat docking Saturday and Sunday. The pier will reopen as soon as both weather and pier conditions permit.
