Curbside collection of Hurricane Irene debris has been completed. Residents in need of a yard debris collection should call 757 890-3780 to schedule a collection through the County's normal Yard Debris Collection program. Material can be up to 8" in diameter and 10' in length. Cost is $25 for the first load of up to 21 cubic yards of material. Second loads within a 30 day period are $250 per load. After 30 days your next load is $25 again.

Wednesday, October 19th is Yorktown Day. All County offices will be closed due to the holiday. Trash and recycling will be collected on your normal collection day.Place your containers at the curb by 7am in order to ensure collection. The Waste Management Center located at 145 Goodwin Neck Road will be open from 7am-4pm.
