BELOW IS EXACTLY WHAT EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU CAN DO RIGHT NOW!! START IMMEDIDATELY BY SPREADING THIS TO EVERY PATRIOT YOU KNOW IN THIS STATE. MAKE SURE THEY ALL PASS IT ON. IN DOING SO, BE SURE TO URGE THEM TO FORWARD IT TO EVERY PATRIOT THEY KNOW IN OTHER STATES!! DO THIS QUICKLY!!! THERE IS A 30 DAY TIME LIMIT TO GET THIS ACTION TAKEN, WHICH MEANS THIS MUST FIRE ACROSS THE COUNTRY BY THURSDAY, AUGUST 2ND!!
- Call House Speaker Boehner and urge him to sue the Supreme Court asking the Court to invalidate Obamacare because the law was passed in violation of the Origination Clause. The Constitution states that all taxes must originate in the U.S. House of Representatives. This did not happen. The individual mandate portion of the law was added in the Senate. 2. Call your own Congressman and urge him to amend each appropriations bill to prohibit the use of any money in each of the 13 Appropriations bills to fund any aspect of Obamacare. ( Capitol Switchboard # is 202-225-3121)
Eric Cantor's attempts to vote on a repeal of Obamacare has some value, but in the Senate, it is highly unlikely that Harry Reid will allow such a bill to come to a vote. "Appropriations Bills" are "must pass" bills. Without them, government agencies are not funded and therefore must shut down. Therefore Harry Reid cannot prevent a vote on them. Republicans would have to add riders to each of the 13 Appropriations Bills prohibiting the use of any money contained therein, from being used to implement any provision of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. Republicans would have to hang tough against possible threats from Harry Reid or the President that they would rather shut entire agencies down rather than yield on Obamacare. It becomes a test of wills at that point. Hopefully the Republicans will remain strong.
