Valentines from these dating sites might be clowns (literally), conspiracy theorists, fans of the paranormal or farmers.   If you already have a sweetheart, you might want to pick up flowers, candy,  treats or gifts asap today. Perhaps you should ignore the study that shows that Pennsylvanians are pretty cheap when it comes to the romantic holiday.   If you're in a less sweet mood, you could still have time to name a cockroach after your ex or sponsor a cat's neutering in their, um, honor. Police believe those who know why just haven't come forward. The teen's mom is desperate for answers.   Election updates: Democrats retained their slim majority in the state House of Representatives after voters in a Bucks County special election yesterday chose a former school board member. House and Senate candidates running in the April 23 primary had to file their nominating petitions yesterday.   Wawa wants to be in Hershey: The Delaware County-based convenience store chain is eyeing real estate at Cocoa Avenue at Fishburn Road in Derry Township at a former bank. Wawa has submitted preliminary plans.   Horses' new homes: A push by the Humane Society of the Harrisburg Area last month to find homes for nine horses seized in a horrific animal cruelty case more than a decade ago has resulted in five of them finding homes.   Snow recap: More than 14" of snow fell in some parts of Pennsylvania during the snowstorm yesterday that knocked out power to more than 100,000 people and canceled sporting events and more. The National Weather Service said 5.9" of snow was reported at Harrisburg International Airport. One death was reported: a snowmobiler in York County. Read more Valentine's Day Ash Wednesday: Today is another holiday for some Christians: Ash Wednesday, which marks the start of Lent. People who observe may take special steps to celebrate both. Also coming this week are community fish fries, held on Fridays.    Online dating for all interests: There are a slew of dating sites out there that allow people with very specific tastes to find that very special someone. They include sites for folks who love clowns, farmers and sea captains.   Valentine's Day treat: As if Mr. Sticky's buns aren't good enough alone, the shop has put together a Valentine's Day special: a cinnamon bun with whipped cream, strawberries and chocolate.   Cocoa costs: Hershey says rising cocoa costs are leading to higher prices for chocolate. Cocoa futures prices have doubled over the past year. Bad weather in West Africa is being blamed for damaging crops. Read more Entertainment Partying with Bret Michael: Mechanicsburg native Bret Michaels is bringing his "Parti-Gras 2.0″ tour to Pennsylvania and elsewhere this summer. Michaels, front man for Poison, will be joined by Chris Janson; Don Felder, formerly of the Eagles; Dee Snider from Twisted Sister; and Lou Gramm, original voice of Foreigner.   What's coming to the park?: Hersheypark posted on Instagram that it's getting a "first-class" shipment. Officials there won't say what it is, but fans are guessing. On the other side of the state, Kennywood wants its fans to help name a bumper-car ride.   Concerts galore: Several classic musical acts have announced shows in Pennsylvania this year. They include: Paul Anka; a Carpenters tribute band; and an Eagles tribute band.   Jon Stewart in central Pa.: Comedian and political commentator Jon Stewart will have a brief run of five shows coming up, including a stop in York. Starting this week, he's back to hosting "The Daily Show" on Mondays and is guiding its election coverage.
