Report of Arrest in Tabb Burglaries

Some good news.  Earlier today the Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of an individual tied to the recent burglaries in Woodlake Crossing and Meadowlake Farms.  Arrest warrants have been issued for three other individuals associated with the burglaries.

Investigates Residential Burglaries

 

 

York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office Investigators have made an arrest in the residential burglaries that were reported yesterday.  A patrol deputy responding to the burglaries wrote down the license number of a vehicle he observed leaving the subdivision.  Investigators were able to follow up on this vehicle information and identify four individuals who were responsible for these crimes.

Investigators arrested:

 

20 year old, Codi Alexius Taylor, of the 400 block of St. Clair Circle, Yorktown, VA.  Taylor is currently charged with multiple counts of Burglary and Conspiracy to commit burglary, 1 count of petit larceny and 1 count of possession of burglary tools.  He is being held at the Virginia Peninsula Regional Jail on no bond.  Warrants for arrest on the same charges have been obtained for the following in connection with these burglaries.  Additional charges on all for individuals are pending.

 

21 year old, Christopher Delante Moore, of the 3100 Block of Ruth Circle, Greenville, NC.

21 year old, Malik Jihad Adams, of the 200 Block of South Square Dive, Winterville, NC.

20 year old, Elijah Aimen Joyner, of the 1600 Block of Hopkins Dive, Greenville, NC.
