On a day when security was already a concern, the threat led traffic to accumulate for miles at the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel and Monitor-Merrimac Memorial Bridge-Tunnel.
Matt Eich, a Suffolk-raised photographer on the rise. Now living in Norfolk, he has created a series of photographs about this region. The main, big show opens today, Sept. 12.
